It is my deep desire to help you create more harmony in your everyday life. 

 I incorporate the latest brain research, emotional intelligence skills and mindfulness in my Parenting Consultations and Children's Classes that I offer over the phone and in person throughout the New York area, including Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Westchester and Putnam Counties.  I have a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy with 26 years experience working in schools with children from  preschool to high school. Through Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Network, I co-facilitated an online six week introduction to Social Emotional Learning in the Spring of 2014 for educators, administrators, social workers and a variety of others that work with children.
