Parenting is challenging. I incorporate a holistic parenting approach teaching many strategies. Through my Consultations and Classes you will learn the latest research regarding brain and how understanding it can help you be less reactive. I also incorporate emotional intelligence skills and mindfulness to help navigate more skillfully through life's bumps.
It is my mission to bring more joy to parenting and assist children and parents celebrate more fully who they are. This deep desire not only comes from my experience as a holistic pediatric OT but as a mother of a 30 year old son and a 25 year old daughter.
